Error: The site at http://localhost:8080/ has experienced a network protocol violation that cannot be repaired.

This is what happens when I run the server file. Haverbeke's zip files did not have a talks.json to begin with so I'm a little confused why it had to be included and removed in first place? Can you guide me a little? Thanks
