[Draft]: Add github workflow support

We should add code for github workflow to check for push or PR and automatically trigger build and publish logic.

• Add markdown lint
• Add typescript lint
• Add project test for unit tests and e2e
• Add code build
• Add publish
• Enable code security
  • Private vulnerability reporting
• Enable Dependabot
  • Enable Dependabot version updates
  • Dependabot security updates

I have good typescript eslint configs, I think can help with this one, also with setting up unit testing.
And in addition I would suggest husky (if the project is not going to be huge, that running linters can take 5 mins :) )

I created a PR for eslint configuration #42

Next can proceed with setting up a testing environment, not yet writing tests 😁 but can set up an environment via Jest including DOM testing.

I can also try with Vitest, but not sure how it's gonna work with NextJS.
