Problem Description

Document A in the knowledge base has been segmented. I want to export the data records of this document A to a zip or excel document, and then import it into another knowledge base. I find that after importing, all the segments in the document are gone, and the segmentation format is gone! Because the results of the system's built-in intelligent segmentation and advanced segmentation are still unsatisfactory, the segmentation has been manually readjusted. Is this a bug or are we operating incorrectly? And this problem can be reproduced.

Steps to Reproduce

Document A in the knowledge base has been segmented. I want to export the data records of this document A to a zip or excel document, and then import it into another knowledge base. 你好，我们没有复现你描述的问题。导出后再导入的操作有一个细节需要注意一下，就是导出的文档是QA问答对的格式，所以导入的时候也要选择QA问答对的方式去导入，这样导入后知识库文档是完全一致的。如果使用文档导入的方式也没有问题，只是会把问答对作为普通的表格去处理。
