Consider adding a .codex-plugin/plugin.json manifest for Codex discoverability #194

Hey @21st-dev,
I maintain awesome-codex-plugins, a curated index of Codex plugins. 1code (5.3K stars) is a popular orchestration layer for coding agents but it's not discoverable through the Codex plugin search path.
The .codex-plugin/plugin.json manifest format works with both Claude Code and Codex CLI. Adding one would make 1code findable by Codex users. We also have a scanner that validates structure.
Let me know if you'd like to add one.
