Works on v138+ (currently works on v144)

Method 1:
1: turn off wifi.
2: Sign Out.
3: Make sure wifi is off and go to any Kiosk App.
4: When it says "Internet Not Found", Click "Certificates" button next to Diagnose.
(It should open a menu. If it doesn't open (either crashes or doesn't open), try the second method).
5: Find a button "Import", "Export", or "Download".
(It should open file manager).

Method 2:
1: Sign Out.
2: Powerwash (CTRL+Shift+Alt+R) & confirm powserwash.
(If you don't see the Kiosk Apps on the "Get Started" screen, use "A". If not Continue with "B" and below):

A. 3: Click "Get Started" button and Add Wifi.
A. 4: Enroll until you see Kiosk Apps. (Do not click any Kiosk Apps, move onto step 5)

B. 3: When on the "Get Started" screen, do NOT click the "Get Started" button.
B. 4: go to the WiFi Panel and add your WiFi.

5: When connected to Wifi, Change DNS to "0.0.0.0" or "52.207.185.90". (If DNS settings is blocked, just turn off WiFi instead)
(It should give a WiFi Network Error or "No Network Connection" with "!" as an icon)
6: Go to any Kiosk app.
7: When it says "Internet Not Found", Click "Certificates" button next to Diagnose.
(It should open a menu).
8: Find a button "Import", "Export", or "Download".
(It should open file manager).

Once in file manager there are 2 methods to open a browser window: Only one will work; the other won't. I SUGGEST USING METHOD 2!!!! Choose the method that works for you.

File Manager: Method 1:

1. Right click in the large blank area
2. Click "New Folder"
3. Click the new folder
4. Click the three dots icon at top right
5. Click the open button (square with arrow)
6. Profit

File Manager: Method 2 (more universal):

1. Click the three dots icon at the top right
2. Click open file settings
3. Settings window should appear
4. Press ctrl+t to open a chrome window, or a popup link in the settings app
5. Profit

when I sign out and do Ctrl+shift+alt+R I don't get the power wash screen

You can also power wash with recovery screen if ctrl;+shift+alt+r isn't working. power button + esc + refresh, then ctrl +d, and then enter, then enter
