For some reason this run scans shows files scanned: https://github.com/3ware/workflows/actions/runs/13703317903

The run after, and every run since, does not: https://github.com/3ware/workflows/actions/runs/13721658267

The action has not been updated, and the workflow file has not changed between these scans.

It could be related to this: actions/dependency-review-action#863
