Same issue here. Even tried running the .bat as Admin and installing Python to another location, making sure the path doesn't contain spaces. |

Not a silver bullet, but I recall after uninstalling and reinstalling python with add to path option set; I had to reboot windows for it to take effect and the new PATH to include python. |

When running the .bat file, I am getting a message that says:
Couldn't launch python
exit code: 9009
stderr:
Python was not found; run without arguments to install from the Microsoft Store, or disable this shortcut from Settings > Manage App Execution Aliases.
Launch unsuccessful. Exiting.
Press any key to continue . . .
I've installed python and checked the box that says "add python to PATH" not sure what the problem could be
