Much like done last year ( see #972 ), we would like to gather feedback from the TAC and projects on priorities for 2026. We will do the same format as last year with an in-meeting poll to discuss.

• Get more traction on the best practices docs - https://tac.aswf.io/project_best_practices_guides/
• More purposeful/intentional engagement of first-time contributors.
• Project maintainer succession planning
• Improve and continue to update the dependency matrix spreadsheets.
• Explore a QT working group.
