In-Chat command to toggle "suggest-shell-commands" parameter

Issue

When i generate code for fastapi, it always brings up to restart fastapi, but fastapi does this by itself, so i say no. It would be awesome if i could use the "--suggest-shell-commands/--no-suggest-shell-commands" aider parameter from inside the chat, so if i forgot to set the parameter, i could correct this that way.

Additional would it be cool that aider asks not only "Run shell command? (Y)es/(N)o [Yes]", it could ask:
"Run shell command? (Y)es/(N)o/N(e)ver [Yes]"

Or even more options: "Run shell command? (Y)es/(N)o/N(e)ver/(I)gnore this command from now on. [Yes]" But that may be too much.
