Is thorium still active? It's been a while since an update has been released so I'm starting to wonder if it's still alive

The project has not been abandoned, Alex is currently busy with his full-time work and there may be some delays in the development of Thorium.

Does Thorium support PRF, Pseudo Random-Number Function? If so, which platforms? I ask this question because I'm using Bitwarden, and it requires this to support Windows Biometrics (Windows Hello, which uses fingerprint or face recognition).

Of course yes but IMHO this isn't a smart question.
Just check out https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/API/Crypto/getRandomValues and try it out on Thorium and you can get the answer on your own.
