src/toolbar/ToolBar.js hard codes size

The following line has hard carded classNames. It would be nice to be able to set these individually in props.options as the following entry is causing some odd rendering.

          <div className='col-xs-6 col-sm-6 col-md-6 col-lg-8'>

@dmk255 You can also create a custom toolBar to fix that -> http://allenfang.github.io/react-bootstrap-table/custom.html#toolbar.

e.g.:

createCustomToolBar = (props) => (
    <Row>
      <Col md={12}>
        {props.components.btnGroup}
      </Col>
    </Row>
  )

Fixed the toolbar for me
