[Feature] - Support x/z offsets #208

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently, there are two main problems with that. Servers who offered their Terra world cannot use the plot system currently. We should allow Terra offsets, probably.
Another thing it would be nice to have also a plot offset e.g. to set it to 0 or nearly 0 to have better experience for bedrock players.
That's not so important because bedrock offsetting exists e.g. via https://github.com/oryxel1/GeyserFloatingPoints
