[Bug] - Weird behavour on new setups without permissions

## Description
 
Is it supposed to be like this when you join a completely new server and get an error message in the chat saying you don't have permission?
Then you get a message saying you should continue with the tutorial, but you can't click on it or open it because you don't have permission.
It's also unintuitive that the Companion is placed in the hotbar even though you can't open it.
