As I can see:

1.themes and map (one page):
-set filters (by country, by topic)
-after that, data on projects is displayed
2. page projects contain list, search, sort and filters
-it is possible to add to favorites, make a contribution (go to the detailed project card)

What do you think about this?

3. The round menu is too large, I suggest making it equal to the Search size!

We have only 14 Themes, I'm not sure we really need Search and Filtering for them.
For Map - sure, we need both Search & Filtering.

I don't mind. I also propose to reconsider the colors.

Theme is the filter by which the selection is made. Сlick on the theme icon sets the filter

Сhanging the base colors received such pictures!! We agreed to use base colors, we need to fix it.
And still waiting for color suggestions for the dark theme.
