Create and update your _members/name.yml file

I've added everyone's _member files as _members/githubusername.yml so everyone should be able to directly edit those from your browser.
The template is provided in the files and will automatically grab your github photo unless you add it in images or add a different link to a photo.

As a question: @jruths do you want us to follow any specific format for bio's? (i.e. all 3rd person or is 1st person okay? certain length? any info that we specifically need to include?)
