[BUG] - Atlas breaks AMD chipset drivers installer

• I am on the latest version of Atlas, and didn't do an unsupported upgrade

Description

I've been unable to update my AMD chipset drivers for weeks now, I tried different versions from both my motherboard's website and AMD's to no avail. The online installer is always stuck at 64%, the offline installer fails with "This installer is intended to be deployed only on an AMD system"

Yes, I checked everywhere and I had VBScript support installed and enabled, I tried uninstalling and installing it too, this is the main cause for most people, but I thought it could be Atlas, so installed Windows 11 vanilla without preserving my apps and it finally worked, so Atlas OS has probably something to do with this.

Steps to reproduce

1. Download the chipset drivers from AMD's website: https://www.amd.com/en/support/download/drivers.html (Click "Download Windows drivers" for the online installer, or select your motherboard from the list below for the offline installer)
2. Try to install it

This should be looked into, as these are one of the most important drivers you can install, it impacts stability, and performance on both games and general tasks.
