rename ML model output

currently model names are in the form of \<algo\>\_\<full hist path\>\_\<tag\>,json or .h5 . This does not work to upload straight to AutoDQM, and requires renaming. 
It will be good if model outputs are named such that no renaming is needed to work in AutoDQM website
