Describe the bug

When a merchant from Singapore [+65] is looking to add a Support phone number via Payments > Settings, any number starting with 800 or 805 - 809 is rejected.

To Reproduce

  1. Go to Payments > Settings > Transactions
  2. Add a support phone number, select Singapore as the country (+65)
  3. Add the rest of the number, starting with 800, 805, 806, 807, 808 or 809.
  4. The components-notice is-error is shown, stating "Please enter a valid phone number."

Numbers should validate correctly
