Task: the "Start building your audience" task should auto open the "add subscribers" dialog

Details

This task already goes to /subscribers, but it should also auto open the dialog.
I thought it already was supposed to do this, so if it's a bug, then it should be rolled out to all cohorts.
If this is actually a new enhancement then it should only go to the cumulative group.
