Hi! I found this project while looking for real outbound voice-agent workflows to test against.
I’m building Voice Agent TestOps, an open-source tool that runs scripted conversations against a voice agent endpoint or sanitized transcript, then generates JSON/HTML reports for risky behavior:
- continuing after customer refusal / opt-out
- unsupported real-estate promises or appointment claims
- missed lead fields like phone, preferred time, or follow-up channel
- wrong human-handoff intent
- latency over threshold

Your Vapi + n8n + Airtable outbound real-estate flow looks like a strong fit. If you have a dev endpoint or 1-3 sanitized call transcripts, I can adapt a small real-estate/outbound suite and share the report back.
