Currently EnableAzureArc.ps1 shells out to nltest.exe to get the current Active Directory site of the computer.

This is quite slow and doesn't allow the use of normal PowerShell error handling.

I've submitted a PR to use the ADSystemInfo COM object - faster, allows normal error handling
