Enable Automation Task Templates to be allowed to be used in MC / Gov clouds #22

Hi All,
We are receiving request to enable the tasks blade in the azure portal for Azure Database for PostgreSQL flexible server and Azure Database for MySQL flexible server for both MC and Gov clouds. This blade is currently accessible in Prod regions, as shown in the first screenshot below. However, we don’t see this blade in MC and Gov portals, nor do we see the whole “Automation” menu group it is in as shown in the second screenshot below. Based on mail thread with Travis / Priti / Rama, we came to know that "UI relies on calling a public GitHub endpoint to fetch templates. In these environments, that’s likely blocked. File an issue in our GitHub but it’ll require reworking how we host templates, not a simple fix.".
