I'm not receiving any incoming messages. Is powershell restricting my public ip address. I ask you with deep admonition to stop. I want all capabilities to my device location. Please remove security

I'm not receiving any incoming messages to to device. You have constraints and restrictions on my ip address. My ports and gateways are locked. Why aren't I receiving incoming web messages

Do you see github attached to chrome browser? Why aren't I receiving messages to my device? Something is blocking the traffic. I believe it's a issue with ingress
