Handle styles with old corridor definitions

Description of the feature

there should be unstyled entry and exit halls for when a style dose not have a entry or exit hall.
the elevator would be similar to clean but the elevator would be skiped

also there would be warning text saying that something is not right in the bee ap.

Why should this be implemented

you see this a lot with vertical entry's in base were a lot of style just don't have them for some reason.

also a lot of older ucps don't have entry's halls

We're not going to maintain unique corridors for if you're using a broken UCP. BEE is supposed to automatically convert old-style corridor definitions to the new system on load, if it's not doing that then that's a bug.
