Describe the bug
Hi there! I have recently noticed an incompatibility regarding custom enchants on trench pickaxes. I use AdvancedEnchantments and it seems like, if I use an enchantment that smelts ores automatically together with an enchant that increases the speed at which you break blocks (basically the haste potion effect) on a trench pickaxe, the haste enchant no longer works. Any other enchantment paired with the haste one has caused me no trouble so far, so I am unsure whether this is an issue on the plugin's side or mine.
To Reproduce
To reproduce, just use a trench pickaxe and add two enchantments, one that grants haste (POTION:FAST_DIGGING:0:100 effect) and another that smelts ores (SMELT effect). Separately, they work perfectly, but together, the haste enchant will not work.
