Hello,

I'm opped and with * permission and even if in survival when i try to break spawner with CROWBAR it will send me 2 spawners, look the video. Without permission i don't have this issue

To Reproduce

Place one spawner and try to collect it with crowbar with all perm

Try it on a server with only WildTools installed.
It seems to conflict with another plugin.
