Implement warning for deeply nested boolean solids

BNLNPPS/esi-g4ox#127

deeply nested boolean volumes yield a binary tree of node size 2^n-1. We need to implement a warning / error in eic-opticks if this type of GDML is passed to CSGFoundry.

One potential solution is to simply check size of

nds.size();
