Request: Montly Reports for bad players.

Suggesting a method to generate a report for players with the most punishments in total in the last 30 days.

Select all players from the last 30 days that have bans/warnings/mutes/notes to give an overall total number for all punishments and sort them by who's got the highest amount total amount of punishments in a month and limit to 10 players. So we have a top 10 that month most naughty players!

This will give staff metrics for players that are in trouble and need harsher punishments.
