Add information about official modules

How about add information about standart TaleWordls modules (e.g. Native/Sandbox)? At least short summary info like what part of game it contains.

I will add this to the to-do.

In addition to giving descriptions for each Module, I think it would also be a good idea to add the DLLs in each official Module to the C# API.

I would be adding SandBox.dll and StoryMode.dll to the C# API docs.
