[Bug]: Open system alert window permission settings

Steps to reproduce

Hi,
When requesting for SystemAlertWindow permission, the window which opens is the list of all apps (title - Display over other apps), and then the user has to scroll to the app and tap to go to the screen which allows to change the setting.

Expected results

Is there an option go to the permission screen directly? It is very confusing for many users, especially older people.
