The white theme seems to be not bright enough for some special uses.
Some users asked to implement a high contrast theme as follows:

The red color of the numbers is very hard to see in bright sunlight!
Please make ALL numbers white!
You can also change the red color to yellow.

Time for discussion and suggestions...
