Should not consider people dead by empty death date field #429

Reproduce:

Visit this tree: http://dbs.bh.org.il/person/5096/0/I0085
Note, Hadar Dvir is considered deceased and thus her details are displayed.
Note, all of Hadars siblings, born in the 70s, are considered deceased.

Expected result:

Hadar is not dead and so her details should not be visible.

Actual result:

The entire family is considered dead by us even though they are most likely alive.
In the response, you can clearly see: deceased: true
Looking at the gedcom, there is no indicator that she is dead other than the date of death field existing, but being empty.
