Missing result cards for single-language items in opposite language #3

When an item is only availble in one of two languages, it should indicate so when it is viewed as a card.

Reproduce:

Arrive at http://spotlight.bh.org.il/czech/he
Scroll down to communities section.
See the card for אוסטראווה מורבסקה

Expected Result:
Card should say the item only exists in English, like this:
http://prntscr.com/flxjw4

Actual Result:
The card only has a title and no preview text.
