Create a 4 character bech32 only custom ID entry box

It should pop up to explain an invalid character typed is not in the character set and show the CHARSET.
OK button should not be clickable until 4 characters are filled, and 4 should be the maximum capacity for the text box.
We can borrow the box with slight changes from codex32_confirm.py

This is super low priority at the moment. We can add it after Beta it's technically a required feature of the Codex32 spec but it's not an essential feature.
