Is your feature request related to a problem?

Allow trusted islands when next to each other to open the worldborder 2x as wide
Player 1 owns island 1 and is trusted on island 2
Player 2 owns island 2 and is trusted on island 1
Islands are next to each other worldborder is open on that side to merge from island 1 and island 2

Additional context

Allow use of having world border but allowing players to fly right through while still restricting block placing outside of border.
