Border on spawn island

Describe the bug

Border is present on spawn island when i should not be. I cant expand the range of the spawn island either so players are stuck within the border

Steps to reproduce the behavior

Make a spawn island
install border addon

Expected behavior

Either be able to expand the spawn island or have the border disabled on spawn island

There is a pending feature request on BentoBox to allow to change the range of the spawn island. BentoBoxWorld/BentoBox#990

It would however be interesting to have an option to disable the border around the spawn island.
