Clarification on request_timeout and timeout Settings in config.yaml

I've been exploring the configuration options in LiteLLM and came across two different timeout settings in the config.yaml file: request_timeout under litellm_settings and timeout under router_settings. Could someone please explain the difference between these two settings? In what scenarios should each be adjusted?
