私信接口成功率很低，容易遇到返回 Code: 2201，提示【发送频繁】。即使接口调成功，实际网易云中会提示：文案包含敏感词，发送失败
提示发送频繁，但实际调用频率很低。手动触发也会遇到
重现步骤
调用 send/song，send/msg，均会出现。user_ids，20、50都试过，结果一样
期待效果
是否清楚网易云目前对私信接口的各种限制规则？前几年使用还不会遇到这种现象
