Hello,

I am experiencing an issue with the Bitbox app on my Huawei device. While the installation process was successful without any errors, the app fails to launch correctly. Instead of opening, a large white screen appears.

I have attempted to restart the phone and reinstall the app, but the problem persists. Is this issue known and is there a known solution? I am currently using the latest version of the Huawei operating system.

Did you install using Play Store or directly using an APK? If the latter, which one exactly?

I used the APK and it was the latest one from the website

Could you get some logs and see if there are any error messages? https://developer.android.com/tools/logcat

How can I get on the console to gather those logs?

@thisconnect wrong issue? 😄 OP was asked for Android logcat, not the app log, and with a whitescreen they can't get to the app log file anyway.

@RealMarvn what OS are you running on your computer? Then we can provide instructions where to get the tool and how to use it.
