Chat/Contact merge feature for the desktop versions (this could also be a bug)

There are times where the desktop client (Win/Linux) will bifurcate a chat (ie show two different chats for the exact same contact). Don't know why this happens but it does more than you would think. Resetting the desktop app doesn't solve for this. On the iPhone, MacOS, iPad there is no bifurcation. If we had a way to combine those two bifurcated chats back into one it would make things more streamlined

Sorry... missed that one. I think it would be helpful even if tricky. I am up to 11 different bifurcations now out of maybe 80 contacts
