Blame report: ConfiguredFeatures not registered properly

The features in question seem to be mint tangled violite and rose tangled violite specifically.

I'm running The Outer End 0.2.9, Abnormals Core 3.2.0, and Forge 36.2.0.

Same reports here, though it affects cobalt tangled violite as well. Hopefully patched before I visit The End in my current world, as this particular error can break world generation.
