Locales translation doesn't works on Linux

With Ubuntu 25.04, my locales are good ( fr_FR.UTF-8 ) but Boost Note doesn't want open her in my locale language.

I try to open it whith Bash and with different settings :

LANG=fr_FR.UTF-8 /opt/Boost\ Note\ -\ Local/boostnote.next-local --no-sandbox
or

LANGUAGE=fr_FR:fr LANG=fr_FR.UTF-8 /opt/Boost\ Note\ -\ Local/boostnote.next-local --no-sandbox

the directories locales in /opt/boost.../locales/ contain fr.pak ; the preferences file in /home/xxx/.config/Boost.... is OK too

In settings button, it have only this settings :
