Membership Invoice

Some bands have been unable to sign up for membership as they do not have access to a band card, or need to get the expenditure signed off beforehand, or need to pay by cheque/bank transfer. The current website does not provide a way to accommodate this, only allowing bands to pay by card (Stripe).

Bandmaster allows bands to register for membership and requests a payment via cheque or bank transfer, but this still does not help the bands that need the expenditure approving - these bands require an invoice producing before they are able to sign.

We need an invoice to be viewable and downloadable for each membership - perhaps there could be a link somewhere around here
