Remove Judging Setups

The current judging setups don't work and actually end up failing validation :)

As we are now using CompetitionSuite, we don't need these features anymore anyways, so let's unpick them

We do still need a way to record scores and provide recaps, just not the individual captions too

Actually, recording scores falls out of the scope of this issue. I'll open a new one for that!
