Unexpected return to preset 1

Hello, I have a Polar Plus running firmware version 2.0.3.2, which I use to control an IK Multimedia TONEX ONE. I have experienced a strange issue twice during rehearsals in the same studio. In the middle of a song, the Polar Plus suddenly returned to Preset 1. I did not notice any reboot or power interruption, and I did not see the usual resynchronization message on the display. The Polar Plus simply appeared to be back on Preset 1. The Polar Plus is powered from the 9V output of an MXR Mini Iso-Brick power supply on my pedalboard. At home, if I switch the power off and then back on, the Polar Plus correctly restores the last preset I was using. Therefore, I don't think this is a normal startup behavior. Could this be caused by an unexpected MIDI message or a MIDI synchronization issue coming from the TONEX ONE? Is there any known issue with firmware 2.0.3.2 that could cause the Polar Plus to return to Preset 1 without rebooting

Hi. That's a weird one. Normally if the preset was commanded to change, it would save the preset and on reboot, would still be on preset 1.
What is the current capability of the MXR power supply? I would expect a power issue to go through the sync process again, but maybe if it was some very brief power interruption.

Version 2.0.4.2 is released now too, but there was no fixes for this kind of issue and I don't recall any one else ever reporting it.

Hi, The MXR power supply provides 4 x 300mA. The Polar Plus is the only device using a single 300mA output. I suspected a micro-interruption in the studio's mains power supply, because I never have this problem at my place.

The Tonex itself requires 120 mA. I wonder whether 300 mA is a bit tight for the total.
My gut feeling is that this one is power related.

I have 300 mA for the tonexOne and 300mA for the Polar Plus
