Description

A simple and intuitive way to snooze the alarm—just flip the phone face down instead of tapping the screen. This makes it easier to snooze when half-asleep without accidental dismissals.

How It Works

1. Uses the accelerometer sensor to detect when the phone is flipped.
2. If the user flips the phone face down, the alarm snoozes for the set duration.
3. Option to enable/disable this feature in settings.

Why It's Useful

✅ Hands-free snoozing—no need to find buttons.
✅ Reduces accidental dismissals when grabbing the phone.
✅ Feels natural and effortless when waking up.

@inder-7 I have assigned this to you. Will be a good addition to the app! Please just make sure this is configurable.

I’ll ensure the feature is fully configurable in the settings so users can enable/disable it as needed.

Hey @MarkisDev @inder-7,

I've implemented this feature since it's one of the features I use most in alarm apps. I’ve also thoroughly tested it to ensure it works as expected. Additionally, I’ve made it configurable in the settings, where it is naturally set to false by default.

Let me know if you have any feedback or if any improvements are needed!
