Mark reply as an Accepted Answer/Solution

As a user, I want the ability to mark a reply as an “accepted answer,” so that I can quickly identify the best solution to a question.

Impact (Medium-High): Students and other forum users can easily see which response the original poster (or a moderator) has identified as correct or most helpful. This streamlines the Q&A process, helping everyone find top answers more efficiently.

Effort (Low-Medium): NodeBB already supports upvotes/downvotes. Extending it to include an “accepted answer” tag involves adding a small piece of metadata and a visual indicator on the topic page.
