I was testing out writing paravis in TypeScript for convenience of using its type system but due to TypeScript's requirements to have a declaration file specifying the types of JavaScript objects from nw.js it was not worth the time so I decided to continue writing the visualisation in plain JavaScript (ES6) |

WIP: DO NO MERGE until WIP label is removed
This PR contains the code for visualisation application. It does not contain changes to Raft and pfsd required to export the data
Closes #383 when done
