The Notification sent from the Manage/Channel option has no specific date time.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Manage/Channel and add a notification.
2. Click on Send Notification

Expected behavior
A copy of the email should be sent to the channel members @cso.ie

Result - no specific time shown
