Currently, if an account exists when a ticket is purchased, we try to automatically associate the ticket with the account. However, if a ticket is purchased before the account is created this doesn't happen.
While we have the manual "claim ticket" step, it's not obvious to the user that this step still needs to happen, so it would be nice to either associate tickets when accounts are created, or suggest that users claim their tickets if it looks like one exists.
